Ingredients for bread pizza:

  • Bread: 6 slices
  • Mozzarella cheese: grated 250 gram
  • Capsicum: 1 medium size chopped
  • Tomato: 1 medium size chopped
  • Onion: 1 medium size chopped
  • Red chili flacks: 1tablespoon
  • Oregano:1 ½ tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper: 1 pinch
  • Dried basil: 1teaspoon
  • Black salt/chat masala: 1 pinch
  • Tomato catch up: 3tablespoon
  • Oil: 1teaspoon
  • Butter:3-4 tablespoon

How to make bread pizza:

  1. In a bowl, add all the chopped vegetables and mix well, make it color full veggies,
  2. Add 1 teaspoon oil and mix it nicely, Add 1 tablespoon already grated mozzarella cheese and mix it again well,
  3. Now add all the spices like red chili flacks, oregano, black pepper, black salt/ chat masala and salt to taste, mix very well,
  4. The mixture is ready for bread pizza,
  5. Apply some catch up on bread, you can also use pizza sauce too, evenly around 1 tablespoon per bread,
  6. Now spread about 2 tablespoons of ready veggies mixture per bread on top,
  7. Add spread Grated mozzarella cheese on Top on the veggies, oregano, chili flacks and black pepper/ chat masala,
  8. Also, use a pinch of dried basil on top, make all the bread slices with same repeated steps,
  9. Finally, Our bread slices are ready to cook,
  10. Take a heavy coated tawa on medium flame and grease the tawa with ½ teaspoon of butter, and when butter is heated nicely put 2 bread slices,
  11. Cook it on low flame and cover the pan with a lid that helps the cheese melting faster,
  12. After 3-4 minutes take out the bread pizza over the pan and cook all the bread slices in same repeated steps,
  13. in conclusion, all the bread pizzas are ready its looks cheesy and mouth-watering,
  14. Serve hot with catch up.
