CHEESE BALL | CHEESE PUFFS RECIPE

Ingredients for cheese balls:

  • Potatoes: 3-4 boiled
  • Coriander leaves: 1 cup chopped
  • Capsicum: 1 chopped
  • Carrot: 1 chopped 
  • Green chili: 1 chopped
  • Ginger-garlic paste: 1 teaspoon
  • Corn flour: 3 tablespoon
  • Oregano: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chili flacks: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour: 1 tablespoon
  • Breadcrumbs: 1 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese: 250 gram in small pieces
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to deep fry

How to make cheese balls:

  1. Furthermore, to make a cheese ball, Take a bowl and add boiled potatoes in it and mash them to smooth with a potato masher.
  2. Add chopped coriander leaves, capsicum, carrot, green chili, ginger-garlic paste, 1tbsp corn flour, oregano, chili flacks, lemon juice, 1 tablespoon wheat flour and salt to taste.
  3. Now mix all the ingredients well and make a smooth paste with which we do make balls and keep the bowl aside.
  4. Take another bowl and add remaining corn flour and add water that dissolves without any lumps, Make a lite liquid paste.
  5. Now take 2-3 drops oil in your hand and grease your hands.
  6. Take around 2 tablespoon potato mixture into hand and roll it in round shape like a disc.
  7. Now place the cheese cube at the center and roll it and make a round ball.
  8. Dip in corn flour liquid and coat breadcrumbs all around it.
  9. Repeat the same process of making a ball to whole potato mix.
  10. Now take a deep fry pan and add oil in it for deep frying with the high flame.
  11. Once the oil is heated slow down the flame.
  12. Drop all the cheese balls carefully into the heated oil.
  13. Deep fry for 3-4 minutes until they turn light brown.
  14. Remove all fried balls from frying pan and drain on paper.
  15. In conclusion, all cheese balls are ready to serve.
  16. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
