Chili-Garlic Fried Rice!
I am definitely on an Asian food kick! Let’s just admit desi Chinese is the best! Quick fix recipe to use up leftover basmati rice.
Ingredients for Chili Garlic Sauce:
- Dry chilies: 50-gram
- Onion: 1/2, cut into chunks
- Garlic cloves: 4
- Ginger: 1 inch
- Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
- Coconut sugar: 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Dark soy sauce: 2 tbsp
- Vinegar: 2 tsp
- Water: 1 tbsp
Instructions: – Mix everything well together and keep it aside.

- Ginger-Garlic Paste: 2 tbsp
- Green Chili: 1 tbsp chopped
- Onion: 1 Sliced
- Spring Onion: 1/2 cup
- Carrot: 1/2 cup julienned
- Green Bell Pepper: 1 Sliced
- Red Bell Pepper: 1 Sliced
- Coriander: 1/4th cup finely chopped
- White Pepper: 1/4th tsp
- Oil: 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
– Heat a large heavy bottom Pan over medium-high heat and add oil.

– Add cooked basmati rice, continue to stir until everything is mixed well.
