Ingredients for GREEN APPLE JUICE:
- Green apple: 2
- Cucumber: 1 small size
- Broccoli: 2 flowrets
- Lemon juice: 3 tablespoon
- Mint leaves: 5-7
- Basil leaves: 10
- Ginger: 1 inch
- Pineapple: 1/3rd
- Sugar: 2 tablespoon
- Ice cubes: 8-10 crushed
- Salt to taste
How to make GREEN APPLE JUICE:
- First of all, wash the apple, broccoli, and cucumber with fresh water and cut them to a small edge.
- Add them to a grinding jar also add a ginger cube, pineapple, mint leaves, basil leaves, sugar, and crushed ice.
- Blend them all together and make a smooth liquid paste.
- Another side takes the juice jar or a mug, add salt, ice cubes, and lemon juice.
- As much as pour the blended juice to juice mug or jar, mix gently.
- Finally, the green apple juice/crush is ready.
