SPICY PASTA | SPICY MACARONI RECIPE
One of the Italian traditional cuisine food cooked in an Indian way which is fast, easy and mouthwatering every time with onion-tomato gravy. this is the best fast food snack ever of all ages people.
Ingredients for spicy pasta:
- Penne pasta: 1 ½ cup or 150-gram pasta
- Onion: 1 medium size chopped
- Tomato: 1 medium size chopped
- Capsicum: 1 medium size chopped
- Ginger-garlic paste: 1tbsp
- Red chili powder: 1tbsp
- Chili sauce: 2tbsp
- Soya sauce: 1tsp
- Catch up: 2-3 tbsp
- Coriander leaves:1/2 cup
- Water: as required
- Salt to taste
- Cheese for garnishing
How to make:
- Boil the water in a deep pan and add salt and macaroni,
- Cook the macaroni till its firm when bitten,
- Strain the macaroni and rains with cool water to make it non-sticky, keep aside.
- In the pan, heat 2 tbsp oil/butter and add finely chopped onions,
- Sauté till onions become soften,
- Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté and stirring nicely on medium flame,
- Then add finely chopped tomatoes and stirring till tomatoes become soft and pulpy,
- Add red chili powder, soya sauce, chili sauce and a cup of catch up and mix all well,
- Add capsicum and macaroni, mix gently,
- Spread some chopped coriander leaves and grated cheese for garnishing.
