SPICY PASTA | SPICY MACARONI RECIPE

SPICY PASTA | SPICY MACARONI RECIPE

One of the Italian traditional cuisine food cooked in an Indian way which is fast, easy and mouthwatering every time with onion-tomato gravy. this is the best fast food snack ever of all ages people.

Ingredients for spicy pasta:

  • Penne pasta: 1 ½ cup or 150-gram pasta
  • Onion: 1 medium size chopped
  • Tomato: 1 medium size chopped
  • Capsicum: 1 medium size chopped
  • Ginger-garlic paste: 1tbsp
  • Red chili powder: 1tbsp
  • Chili sauce: 2tbsp
  • Soya sauce: 1tsp
  • Catch up: 2-3 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves:1/2 cup
  • Water: as required
  • Salt to taste
  • Cheese for garnishing

How to make:

  1. Boil the water in a deep pan and add salt and macaroni,
  2. Cook the macaroni till its firm when bitten,
  3. Strain the macaroni and rains with cool water to make it non-sticky, keep aside.
  4. In the pan, heat 2 tbsp oil/butter and add finely chopped onions,
  5. Sauté till onions become soften,
  6. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté and stirring nicely on medium flame,
  7. Then add finely chopped tomatoes and stirring till tomatoes become soft and pulpy,
  8. Add red chili powder, soya sauce, chili sauce and a cup of catch up and mix all well,
  9. Add capsicum and macaroni, mix gently,
  10. Spread some chopped coriander leaves and grated cheese for garnishing.
